ALI A. BHOJANI Board of Directors Ali Bhojani is an Independent Businessman. Mr. Bhojani is an Investment Banker and has held senior positions including President, Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking with Investment Dealers in Canada and London, England including Dundee Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity and Cormark Securities for the last 20 plus years. Mr. Bhojani commenced his career at Bennett Jones in the Corporate Finance group. He has been involved in billions of dollars of financings and mergers and acquisitions activity in Canada and internationally. He is currently the President of Basa Investment Corporation, a private family owned investment company. Mr. Bhojani has a B. A. from Western University and a J. D. from the Osgoode Hall Law School. Ali has been a member of the Board of Directors at The Calgary Foundation since 2009. Ali is Chair of the Mission Aligned Investing Committee and is a member of the Governance Committee and the Investment Committee. He has also been a member of the Grants Committee.
