Dallas-based Texas Prince Properties Inc. has bought a 72,794-square-foot office building in Las Colinas.
Crestwood Center sits at the corner of MacArthur Boulevard and West Walnut Hill Lane and is 85 percent leased, said Rupani & Mathew Group LLC. No details of the transaction were released.
Texas Prince Properties was represented by Arman Rupani and Mathew Puthoor of Rupani & Mathew Group. Creighton Stark of Colliers International represented the sellers.
