Leadership changes announced at the Manitoba Human Rights Commission
Azim Jiwa obtained his LL.B. from the University of Victoria in British Columbia in 1992. His LL.M. research interests are in Constitutional Law with a particular emphasis on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the interplay of Immigration and Refugee Law with the Charter, and the relationship and interaction between the courts and Parliament. He is the recipient of the David T. Sgayias Graduate Fellowship.
