via blog.chron.com by Greg Morago – A national holiday might not be the best day to launch a business. But chocolatier Annie Rupani just can’t wait to open the doors to Cacao & Cardamom – the luxury chocolate shop she’s been planning for two years.
July 4 will mark the first day of the boutique chocolate store at 5000 Westheimer Road, Suite 602, in the Centre at Post Oak across from the Galleria.
Rupani launched Cacao & Cardamom in late 2012, specializing in handcrafted bonbons and truffles in exotic flavors. While working out of rented kitchens, she slowly grew her business – all the while planning a brick-and-mortar store.
