Arthur Milnes
An award-winning journalist, public historian and political speech writer, Arthur Milnes is Commissioner and Founder of the non-partisan Sir John A. Macdonald Bicentennial Commission. He has worked with a variety of Canadian prime ministers, premiers and even the occasional US president. Arthur has edited or co-edited seven published volumes of historic political speeches.
