A three-member delegation from Aga Khan Council led by its Vice President Altaf Ramzi on Sunday met Foreign Minister Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali, MP, at his office, reports BSS. During the meeting, Ramzi handed over a personal letter of felicitations from Prince Aga Khan addressed to Mahmood Ali for taking the charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Foreign Minister conveyed his gratitude for the letter and assured the delegation of Aga Khan Council for Bangladesh of all possible cooperation to implement the provisions of the Protocol of Cooperation signed between the Government of Bangladesh and the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) in September 2013. The other members of the delegation, Hussein Hyderali and Al Moeiz Laiwala were present during the meeting. Aga Khan School — one of the most performing and prestigious schools of the country — is celebrating its 25th year of operation in Bangladesh this year. Besides that, Aga Khan Foundation has been engaged in many socio-economic projects and ventures in the country.
