Abid Karim Tashi hailing from Chipurson Gojal who recently graduated from National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He is the first from Gojal valley to graduate from NUST.
He started his education from a Government Primary School at his village. He also studied at AKHSS Gilgit for a period of 6 years. He is one of the active youth who has devoted his life for the sake of development in the under developed area. Soft in speech and humble in manner many of the youths are following his way of livelihood.
He is also an active member of the Ismaili Boyscouts Group and member of several organizations like OEC, Milky Way Trust and many more.
