The Aga Khan School is just one of the many projects that dot the Ugandan landscape, representing a foray of the Aga Khan Development Network into all elements of civil society. From medical clinics to early childhood education programs to avenues for cultural preservation the AKDN works in concert with local institutions to deliver needs based programs and impact the most impoverished people. Operating in countries across Asia and Africa the AKDN is one of the largest NGOs in the world. My earlier blog outlined my time at Roshan, the mobile phone provider (partly) owned by the business development branch of AKDN. Here are some photos from the Aga Khan School.
Excellent photographs. Thanks for sharing.
