Project: Medicine for a Better Tomorrow
Rameez watched as his aging grandfather refused the influenza vaccine year after year due to his fear of needles. In response, Rameez invented the world’s first vaccine pill for protein-based viruses – Formulation V720. His main hope with his organization, “Medicine for a Better Tomorrow,” is that the pill will go beyond his grandfather’s liking and reach those in Third World countries. On a visit to Vietnam, Rameez witnessed how difficult it was for vaccinations to reach large numbers of people in need and knows his pill can help change all of that. By improving the delivery method of medication, it will have a direct impact on improving global health.
