Dr. Mirza Jahani is CEO of Aga Khan Foundation U.S.A. (AKF USA), where he has focused on partnerships with US-based organizations and impact investments for AKDN development projects. Before that he served for 15 years as CEO of AKF in the United Kingdom, East Africa and Tajikistan, often in post-conflict environments. Mirza began his career as an economist with the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID), serving with DFID later as Senior Governance Advisor in over six countries.
