Press Release: Mark Slaughter: As talent is at the core of Citi’s strategy, I am pleased to announce that Alim Dhanji will join Citi as Global Head of Recruitment and will be a Managing Director. In this role, Alim will be responsible for all facets of recruitment throughout Citi. Alim will work with the various businesses and his HR partners to develop and deliver a market-focused recruiting strategy. This role is critical in ensuring that Citi is attracting and selecting the best talent world-wide in support of our strategic business priorities.
Alim will be joining us from TD Bank Group in Toronto, Canada where he was Head of Enterprise Talent Management and Recruitment as well as Head of Organizational Development for Corporate Functions.
