Kassam siblings open new vegetarian cafe in Edmonton to promote healthy eatingAlbertans may love their beef, but that hasn’t stopped three siblings from introducing Edmonton to Noorish, a new vegetarian cafe featuring a menu with a raw food focus. Sheniz Kassam and her brothers Ayaaz and Adil have unveiled a gourmet culinary experience of the un-cooked variety at their health-conscious eatery that will have even a meat-loving mouth watering.

By transitioning their lifestyles into a career opportunity, Sheniz Kassam and her brothers transformed the corner of 109 Street and 84 Avenue into a healthy-conscious space composed of a vegetarian eatery, an elixir smoothie bar, interactive teaching kitchen and a space for meditation and yoga. In early October, Noorish opened its doors.
