Chitral—Three days training workshop organized by Water and Sanitation Extension Program (WASEP) in collaboration with Aga Khan Planning and Building Services (APBS) for capacity building of Water and Sanitation (CBWS) Committees concluded here on Thursday. District Coordination Officer Chitral, Rahmatullah Wazir who was the chief guest of the occasion, said that although this is responsibility of state to provide all basic amenities to its citizens to their door step, but government can not address all the problems of this remote area due to its geographical position.
He said that a large population was enjoying the facility of potable water but infrastructure in most areas is devoid of this basic facility.
