Fri, Jul 22, 2011 – President Mwai Kibaki has commended the Aga Khan Development Network for its contribution to the country’s health and education sectors.
Speaking Friday at his Harambee House office during a meeting with His Highness the Aga Khan, President Kibaki noted that no significant development could be achieved without adequate education and proper healthcare.
In regard, the Head of State welcomed the Aga Khan University Hospital’s move to establish an ultra-modern Heart and Cancer Centre in Nairobi.
