In the last federal election two years ago, the Bloc Québécois’s Laval-les-Îles candidate Mohamedali Jetha’s main adversary was veteran Liberal Raymonde Folco. With Folco now gone and neophyte candidate Karine Joizil taking her place, Jetha will at least be able to say he has more election experience than the front-runner Liberal.
