The CGA Alberta Life Membership recognizes exceptional CGA members who have raised the profile and value of the designation through their participation in community and business activities. This year, Kabir Lalani, FCGA, and John Carpenter, FCGA were each recognized for their outstanding contribution to the profession.
Lalani, a member of CGA Alberta since 1979, has been an active supporter of the Association’s work through the Practice Review Committee and as a Practice Reviewer “The identity of CGA is an integral part of my being, my psychology and my perception of myself,” said Lalani. “CGA has contributed immensely to my personal growth and I have derived immense pleasure and profit from it,” he said.
