Ismaili Volunteers and Ottawa Snowsuit Fund unite to keep people warmOttawa’s Snowsuit Fund along with a group of Ismaili volunteers will work together later this month to make sure kids and adults in the Ottawa-Gatineau region stay warm during the winter.

On Jan. 23, the local chapter of Challenging Ismaili Volunteers in Communities (CIVIC), will be on George Street in the Byward Market collecting donated coats and snowsuits for the Snowsuit Fund.

“We (CIVIC) selected the spot because it’s a really central area,” said event organizer, Roshena Moledina.
