Pakistani girls dream higher: Samina’s first 6000er climb at 18

First Pakistani and first Ismaili girl from Hunza Pakistan topped an unclimbed Mountain 6400m in the Karakorum Range of Pakistan.

Samina Baig became first Pakistani and Ismaili to hoist Ismaili flag and Pakistani flag on the summit of this unclimbed peak. She has the honor to be the first girl to reach the summit of this high mountain at a very young age, Samina Baig is a high school grade 10 student. She climbed the mountain along with her Brother Mirza Ali a young Pakistani Mountaineer,and founding president of Pakistan Youth outreach (A youth mountaineering education,awareness and women adventure promotion program)
