Fair use is a legal doctrine under U.S Federal.Copyright law that provides for limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the copyright owners, such as for news, research, teaching and commentary.
You can look up under section 106 and 107 for more details in any case a link that the source itself provides for distribution includes embedded properties as acknowledgment of credit..Even without one fair use does extends benefit where there is no gross violation of copyright i.e altering the content., etc
