Shaiza Damji
Ms. Damji sits on the Building, Audit, Foundation and Quality Standards committees of the HRN/ Northwest Hospital & Medical Center board. Ms. Damji is managing director for the 360° Hotel Group and has held senior positions for the group since 1999. As managing director, she oversees operations, sales, financing and capital improvements of the group’s three hotels. Before joining the 360° Hotel Group, Ms. Damji worked for four years as an associate attorney with New York-based international law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. Damji has been actively involved with the Washington State Hotel & Lodging Association, having served on the Board, Executive Committee and as the Chairperson (2005-2006). She is currently a board member for the Seattle Hotel Association and the Northgate Chamber of Commerce. She also holds the position as representative to Northgate Stakeholders Group for the Northgate Chamber of Commerce. She attended Yale University and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in history. She then received her law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School. She is a member of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee.
