Adam Jutha’s idea submitted to the Dell Social Innovation Competition titled “Education Breaking Down Mountains” aims to expand access to an English education across the mountainous Gorno-Badakhshan (GBAO) region of Tajikistan, through a mobile library that will service remote communities with English-language books and tutorial CDs.
