October 14, 2009 ATLANTA – An estimated 7,000 people are expected to participate in the Partnership Walk/Run in Centennial Olympic Park Oct. 25 to demonstrate support aimed at ending global poverty.
A 5K run/walk is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. with the 1K run/walk starting at 11:30 a.m. at Centennial Olympic Park, 265 Park Avenue West in Atlanta.
