On November 19th 2008 Mawlana Hazar Imam met with Ministers Jason Kenney and James Moore at Parliament Hill in Ottawa. After the meeting Hazar Imam posed for pictures with the Ministers, political staffers and others. Amidst all the serious discussions Mawlana Hazar Imam’s jovial mood during and after this meeting reflected his infectious happiness, smiling, humour and laughter that would come to permiate all the Golden Jubilee Darbars accross Canada over the course of the visit.
