MILAN, Jan 14 (Reuters) – Italian airline Eurofly said on Monday it expected to turn a net profit in 2009.
Eurofly expects a net loss of 24 million euros ($35.68 million) in 2007, a net loss of 8 million euros this year and a net profit of 400,000 euros in 2009, the carrier said in a statement, adding details to its industrial plan.
Eurofly forecast a net profit of 8 million euros in 2010.

Meridiana, Italy’s third-largest airline, is controlled by Prince Karim Aga Khan, the spiritual leader of the Ismaili Muslims.
Meridiana operates short and medium-range flights, while Eurofly bills itself as a vacation airline.
