Many famous philosphers and scientists such as Micheal Porters have had their works and findings well documented. Text books and other professional writings recognise contribution of the world`s famous scholars and scientists like Newton, with his practically-proven laws of “flotation“, economist, Porters, came up with unique “competitive analysis theory“ that could determine attractiveness of industry, and of course, other theorists who had largely contributed to the world of knowledge.

There is not doubt that their writings, well-documented and kept in university libraries and other public and private institutions and posted on the global websites, have helped to shape up current global trends in various feilds of human endervour.

As we commend contributions of these famous theorists and scholars, we should not lose sight and thus become narrow-minded,by failing to respect and praise the immense contribution of other individuals like His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, who is expected to celebrate his Golden Jubilee beginning July 11, 2007 and end on 11 July, 2008.

The commemoration will be an opportunity for the world`s citizens to express their appreciation for His Highness`s leadership and commitment to improve quality of life in communities.
