LONDON, May 20 (APP): Pakistan High Commissioner to the United Kingdom Dr.Maleeha Lodhi has paid rich tributes to the Pakistan medical Diaspora for its key role in the British health services. Speaking at the launch of All British-Pakistani Physicians Association (ABPPA) at the Ismaili Centre, she said thousands of British Pakistani physicians are an asset for their country of origin as well as the land of their adoption. Indeed, she added, the National Health Service of Britain depends critically on their services and expertise.
She felicitated the members of the medical community in the formation of the body and praised their initiative and vision for making the Association possible.
