  1. Participate at the Partnership Walk with your Time & Knowledge…

The Partnership Walk embodies the spirit of volunteerism. Born from the innovation and verve of a group of committed volunteers from Vancouver’s Ismaili Women, the Walk took its first strides in 1985.

Now, the Partnership Walks are organized in over 20 cities throughout Canada, United States and the United Kingdom by the Aga Khan Foundation’s Active network of volunteers. In the United States Partnership Walk has taken place since 1995. They are distinguished as special fundraising events that raise public awareness about the international development. All the Walk cities attracted thousands of participants who have raised significant funds for health, education and rural development programs in the poorest communities of the developing world, and help raise funds for development projects in some of the worlds most remote and challenging areas of Africa and Asia.

Partnership Walk organizers would greatly value your financial suport and participation with your Time and Knowledge. Your Participation, in particular, will inspire your family members, friends, neighbors and co-workers to join in partnership with each other and with those in the developing world, to bring about lasting change that reduces poverty and inspires hope.

    Sincerely,

    Sadruddin Noorani
