Hyderabad, April 02 (ANI): Conversationalists have discovered a 16th century wall during restoration work of India’s historic Qutb Shahi heritage park in Hyderabad, which opened new dimensions for historians.

The restoration work of the historic Quli Qutb Shahi Tombs complex began after Finance Minister Arun Jaitley provided financial aid for its upliftment in his budget speech this year.
The heritage site is maintained by the Department of Tourism in collaboration with Aga Khan Trust for Culture (AKTC).
During the course of restoration, experts stumbled upon the enclosure wall of Sultan Quli Qutb ul Mulk’s tomb and managed to unearth the nine-feet wall on all four sides.
The complex also includes 70 monuments including 40 tombs, 23 mosques, five step wells and a hammam (bathing area)
