The short stretch of West 36th Street running between 6th and 5th Avenues, which is already home to a Holiday Inn Express and a Hyatt Place, is set to get at least one more hotel soon.
While wandering through Midtown the other day, we noticed that construction is currently underway at 38 West 36th Street and a rendering posted at the worksite reveals that it will be a property from Vancouver-based hotel group Executive Hotel Le Soleil.
