Speakers were chosen by popular vote. The best part: the conference was free to attend, and the content was free to keep.

Farah Remtulla, IT Service & Project Portfolio Manager at Emory University was among the speakers chosen in this inaugural, ground-breaking event and along with her colleague, was recognized for being among the top sessions of the conference titled: “ITSM in the Service of Humanity: Creating, Delivering, Socializing, and Sustaining Value”
