The news that a Chitrali, Mr.Waqar Ahmad, student of pre eng: the Aga
Khan Higher Secondary School, Karachi, will represent Pakistan in
Mexico in the International Science Exhibition, is a very big one.
It is not only a matter of pride for Mr.Waqar and his parents but all
the Chitralis feel it their collective award and salute their
brilliant child. A student hailing from the most remote and backward
area has grabbed gold medal in the national level Science &Engineering
exhibition and proved that Chitral has the potential to successfully
compete at national and International level competitions if
opportunity is provided.
I extend my heartfelt felicitation to Mr.Waqar and his parents with
prayers for similar happiest occasion in the days to come.-Ameen.
