Standing to the right of MHI is the sons of Wazir U Kan gyi – Sadruddin and Gulamali, standing to the left of MHI is U Bha Maung, Mukhi Aitmadi Gulam Hussein Alubhai (my maternal grandfather) and next to him is Kamadia Meghji Bhai.
Sitting to the left of MHI is Mrs. Kulsum U bha Maung (lives in New York now), Alijah Saheba Mukhiani Sakina Aitmadi Gulam Husseing Alibhai (my maternal grandmother).
there are many interesting stories from MHI visit to Rangoon that was conveyed to us by my grand parents as we grew up. One on them is of MHI wearing the Burmese dress. The cuff ring that MHI wore that day was given one each to Mukhiani and Kamadiani and the buttons were given to Mukhi and Kamadia sahebans by MHI. The jade belt was asked to be split between Mukhiani and Kamadiani by MHI.
