@Desiliciousrd: New ways to use up your favourite starchy vegetables this season

You’re probably well aware that most Canadians still aren’t eating enough fruit and vegetables. As well, one third get their total calories from food high in fat, sugar or salt.

Thanks to the lovely CTV @yourmorning crew for inviting me to share, easy and healthy whole-food recipes to help you get more veggies on your plate – and feel your best! From chickpea kale curry stuffed spaghetti squash to black bean and sweet potato kebabs to homemade pumpkin vegan burgers – I hope you’ll be spoilt for choice.
