This presentation was delivered by Ali Jan Damani at the Second International Ismaili Studies Conference at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. Ali Jan is 18 years old and is currently finishing his A-levels from Cordoba School Karachi, Pakistan. He was the youngest person to present at the conference. His presentation was entitled “Naklanki Gita” (An Ismaili mystical poem).
Ali Jan Damani is currently working on the translation of “Man Samjani”. He says that he will produce a thesis on “Buj Nirinjan” very soon. He has world’s fourth largest collection of Khojki manuscripts. He knows Khojki and is planning to start Khojki classes as well.
