Rehana Tejpar: Body Wisdom One-Day Movement Workshop

Rehana Tejpar: Body Wisdom One-Day Movement WorkshopMovement, music, storytelling – these are our birthright practices, and are simple, powerful ways of re-connecting to our body’s wisdom. The body is supremely wired to heal itself, to process and integrate our many life experiences, we just have to be in the body. Through dancing our dance, telling our stories, and using our voice, we practice being in the body, and allowing our inner wisdom to be our guide.

This one-day workshop comes from InterPlay, a gentle and accessible practice open to anybody and any-body of all abilities. It’s about cultivating more joy, ease, play and connection in our lives. It’s about having more of what we want.
