Catalyst and Ryerson University to release survey of more than 6000 Canadian executives, managers and professionals
Career Advancement in Corporate Canada: A Focus on Visible Minorities
A preview of early research findings from the Career Advancement in Corporate Canada: A Focus on Visible Minorities survey will provide new information on the recognition of foreign educational credentials in Corporate Canada. These findings are based on a survey of more than 6000 professionals, managers and executives in large Canadian corporations and professional service firms fielded in the fall of 2006 by Catalyst Canada and the Diversity Institute in Management and Technology at Ryerson University. All survey respondents have individually been working in Canada for an average of 20 years.
